When I called, Kenia immediately answered and told me the options based on my needs. We then set the date for the cleaning. The day of the cleaning Kenia kept me updated on the estimated arrival time. The team of cleaners were such nice people and very respectful of the property. They took the time to understand any special requests (for example, a few brand new appliances didn’t need to be cleaned). They accomplished a lot in a short amount of time and the place felt like a new home! All the dust was gone, bathrooms were spotless and the floors looked amazing! We had a lot of different surfaces (lots of hardwood floors & cabinets, tile, etc) and everything was gleaming when they left. It can be hard to find cleaners who do windows, inside refrigerators, or inside of ovens but she does. She uses the cleaning products that you provide, which I appreciate (but she brings mop, vacuum, rags, etc). “Minuteman Drain Cleaning was GREAT! Dave answered me right away and had his Drain Tech Tom here not only the same day I called but within hours of me calling in. Not only did Tom show up on time he was here and ready a few mins early. He got the job done in a timely manner and was VERY fair on the price. I needed drain work done in my bathroom and on the water main to my house! Tom was super clean while working and when he left not only were all problems fixed but he left the place sparkling clean. I HIGHLY recommend this company and plan on using them with any issues I have moving forward. What I admired most was how respectful Tom was in my home and comfortable I felt not only with how professional he was with covid going on... but he also took the time out to explain EVERY detail to me on what was being done and what had happened to cause the problem. “They do excellent work especially if you have expensive clothing. Sweaters come back with tissue paper to prevent creases. They use hangers that really support garments properly. I bring my down comforters and even my items that require washing versus dry cleaning. Whites stay white not grimy. And their tailoring is also excellent. They've cut down dresses and slacks for me, pinning them to my shape so they fit perfectly. I love this dry cleaner and use them for all my cleaning and tailoring even though I live ten miles away.“
