I had a wonderful experience with the group at Banfield in Westwood under Dr
Martin. I'm usually very worried about my cats and leaving them in another's care - but everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and comforting especially with my senior cat!
I had to put my dog down after 14.5 years. I called and they took me right away. I told them I would be carrying my dog who is heavy and they said just come right in to room 7 and that they could check me in there. They were kind and compassionate and handled my precious pup like a queen. I am very grateful they were there when I needed them most.
I have been taking my pets there for more than 20 years! The Doctors are great! The staff works hard to take care of everything! They have fit me in with sick animals on few occasions! I trust thrm completely!
