Joe from Assurance was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He was very thorough and inspected many areas of our home. He also communicated with me throughout the process, so I knew what he was doing and finding (or NOT finding, phew). I highly recommend Joe and Assurance.

Fred answered the phone when I called, clearly explained and put me and my wife at ease about the process, and his colleague Joe came out, same day, within the one hour window Fred provided. That was a great start to the experience! Then, it was a pleasure to meet and hang out with Joe, who confirmed that we had a couple of squirrels entering our home through our roof, and explained the process of kindly, humanely helping them find a new place to settle down. :-) This site visit and estimate of what’s required was less than $100, and they will credit that amount on their estimate, which I expect we will receive the next business day. I was very pleased with the service I received with Joe for an issue with mice in the basement. Joe was an excellent communicator and demonstrated his expertise. He blocked the entry point via the bulkhead and we came up with a plan to eliminate the problem. Thanks Joe!
