“My mother has had Dunn oil for 30 years, my mother died on November 19, 2021. Her furnace dry fired while I was not there, i called Dunn oil and they had someone out very quickly and have replaced the furnace and in the saddest moments in my life, they were completely understanding and worked with me through everything. I can't say enough great things about this company, words can't describe my heart felt admiration for Dunn oil, if anyone is thinking about getting an oil company or changing please go with Dunn oil you will be happy“

We had to turn off the water to the house and needed someone to come out and help ASAP. We called Karl that day and he rearranged his Saturday so he could come over and help us out. “We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. “Spoke to the owner on the phone while we were having a disaster over the XMAS 2022 holidays. It ended up being a septic issue that he could not personally fix but he spent over 15 minutes with us after hours (6:30 PM during holiday week) answering our questions and providing advice on who we should call/the best way to get our situation addressed given the circumstances + after hours dynamic. Really appreciated the time he spent with us despite no gain for him! Upstanding person.“

“Have used Baker-Whitney for 4 yrs now. Great routine oil delivery and annual check-up. Wanted to write a review since I've had to call them twice this past year; didn't have to call them before this year besides the initial and annual checkup. On one of my calls, she was able to fix it the same day; it was due to air bubbles in my pipes. Several months later, had to call for emergency service on Saturday. The igniter(?) part failed and the person came over within 1 hour of my making the emergency call. Service person was very professional and replaced the part.“
