“We are very happy with our service from A.J. Rose! We've had two projects with them recently: a new bathroom vinyl floor, and new carpet on the staircase and upper hall. We first spent a lot of time with salesman Andrew who knowledgeably explained our options and patiently endured our indecision before we finally made our choices -- which we have been very happy with, so it was worth taking the time. I had read about vinyl installer Mitch on other reviews and asked for him, and he was everything customers said he was and more. I was surprised how much detailed prep work went into the installation: he put in many hours of leveling and prepping the floor before the vinyl came in, and of course there was a great deal of careful measuring. We enjoyed chatting with Mitch as he worked. But what finally impressed me the most was that Mitch did the most thorough cleanup of any craftsman we've had here. It was literally as though he had never been here, including in our garage where he cut the vinyl. He actually left it cleaner than he'd found it. We had the same terrific experience with carpet installer Santos, who did a beautiful job and was very respectful of our home.
