Since the acquisition, customer service has declined greatly. They have consistent problems with the phone system, returning calls etc…. Miscommunication is a huge issue.

They're much more expensive than nearby companies and took several more days to deliver our oil. They charged us for the full volume of our tank instead of actual volume delivered. It took almost 2 weeks and several phone calls for them to refund us the several hundred extra dollars. They have no way to order conveniently online. The final nail in the coffin was when I ordered from them and a completely different company I had never heard of, with low online reviews, showed up. I learned later in a letter from Dunn that this other company bought Dunn. They didn't bother telling me when I placed the order. We switched to JA Healey and are happy so far.
