“I started using Terry's Oil when I moved to Wareham close to 13 years ago. I always had great service and oil delivery and never had a problem. I heat my home primarily by wood pellets. So I only had 1 delivery a year. But regardless of how small the delivery was they always topped off my tank. But about a year ago the owners decided to retire and enjoy life. So they sold the business to Guard Oil in Fairhaven. Guard Oil is an excellent company. I have recently had many e-mails and phone conversations with them pertaining to my oil tank replacement and my account. They answered all my questions and gave me satisfactory results. The women who work at Guard Oil are a pleasure to deal with and are spot on with their answers.“

“The only honest and professional hvac guys around!!!! I searched for 5 months to find an hvac shop that would be willing to replace just the motor and fan in the blower unit. Every other shop we’re incessant with their “mansplaining” about the entire unit and condenser had to be replaced with quotes of 6k to 15k!!!!!! Brodeur and Sons were the only hvac guys who didn’t do that. One shop told me to get appliance warranty. I got one with choice home warranty - complete crooks!!!! They made up all sorts of reasons and reported absolute inaccurate and false report to declare that they couldn’t fix the problem. Unbelievable. So many crooks out there. Brodeur and Sons are the best.“

“28 years and counting!!2 years ago I inherited a very old home with a SuperStor water heater that is connected to my boiler. I recently have begun to have issues with the slow recovery rate of my hot water. It would take many hours for the hot water to build back up after only one shower.I called HTP and they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about my water heater just by telling them the serial and model numbers. Devon walked me through a few very simple troubleshooting steps. When I flushed some of the water out, it was completely clean (which is impressive since is has not been flushed in over two years). He then had me adjust the thermostat and now I am waiting to see the results.The fact that this water heater had been going strong for 28 years with little maintenance or issues is amazing. The responsive and helpful customer service is just as amazing.If I had called a plumber, I would have probably fooled into spending thousands of dollars on an unnecessary new water heater (+ expensive labor).“
