Not professional at all. Staff is NO help when George is not around. My brother was laid to rest on the 22nd of June and we are STILL waiting for the death certificates which have been in their Possession for about 2 weeks now, daughter of deceased has driven from Attleboro to Mattapan to pick them up, only to be told some ridiculous story as to why the staff members were unable to give them to her. As many as 5 calls have been made to the establishment, messages left with the answering service only to receive NO PHONE CALLS BACK.. SO, how long is too long to wait for a death certificate paid for almost 2 months ago.. NO PROFESSIONSLISM AT ALL, except of course when...read full review

George lopes did a great job taking all the pressure off my shoulders. He made such an impossible process(I thought) go smoothly. Its hard to say words like wonderful or terrific, when the service is for my mother. So, I'll say pleasant experience.. Thank you George & thank your staff.
