My issue was fortunately not too complicated and the technician was able to have my system back up and running that morning. Called Master Tech on a Sunday morning and left a message about having no heat. First thing this morning (Monday) Janet the secretary called and informed me that she would have a technician out between 2-4p. Within 15 minutes Steve the tech called and told me he was on his way. Steve was very professional and fixed my plumbing problem immediately I will be using this company in the future. Steve represents Master Tech to the fullest.
