I am not perfect, wrote an appt down incorrectly and could not make the appt...when I called today to reschedule I was told unless I paid a fee of $25 I. Could not reschedule...i have been a patient for about 15 yrs and have not missed appt so think this is unreasonable and think this review is necessary to Express my displeasure...“

“I gave 5 stairs for my best hygienist who genuinely cares about her patients. I am lucky to be one of them. I know I am in her calm hands. I have had many hygenists at this office.
Voicing my opinion, that I am very concerned for the difficulty of getting future appts which started today. Being a patient for years now coming 4 times a year Faithtully..for my must have cleanings and learning today that appts are 6 months out. Totally booked!! For now the only choice I had was 12/24. Option was to be put on a cancellation list. If it snows oh well??? My next appt is not until March 2026. Is this not insane!!! Something has changed in this office for booking appts.“

“I was referred to Dr. Adams for a dental emergency. I was reticent to go to any dentist during the pandemic. Excellent choice! Dr. Adams made the time to fit me in, assistant Desiree and front office Janez, all made me feel comfortable. The office was extremely clean with all Covid precautions in place and more. He was knowledgeable, genuine and caring. He spent the time to discuss options and give me referrals. I don’t have dental insurance but found the charges very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Adams!“
