I called as a new customer for emergency AC service during a heatwave. They were able to dispatch a technician within an hour of my call. My issue was fortunately not too complicated and the technician was able to have my system back up and running that morning. I commend the team at the Comfort Man for responding to my call at a time when most contractors are not taking on new customers.

Comfort Man originally installed our AC system over 10 years ago. Recently it stopped working over the holiday weekend. We reached out to them and they were able to get out the next business day. They got us back up and running that day. Highly recommend.

We have been using Comfort Man for 20 yrs. and have to say they are exceptional in every way from making your first call to their office and servicing your needs.Their employees are long term-nice, knowledgeable, and professional.We use them twice a year for season checkups on a/c and heat .When we’ve had an issue with a/c or heat they come same day. They don’t gouge you. They’re honest and if they don’t think there’s a problem that has to be taken care of they let you know.I had a clattering in my heat vent.Told me may need to be replaced but not then. Still okay.
