“Classes have quickly become a crucial part of my week. Elise is patient and supportive, ready to encourage us to do what we can but also ready to give very helpful advice. Honestly, I could say the same about all the teachers I have had--Lisa, Jill, Laura, Christian. I think it says a lot about the studio that I feel comfortable choosing my classes according to my schedule needs, knowing that any of the teachers will welcome me and lead a fabulous class.“

“Working with Barbara for the last 6 months has really changed my posture and chronic back issues; I am so grateful to have found her! She uses different modalities to best help balance the issues I'm confronting and is always positive while keeping me informed throughout our sessions. I would highly recommend Barbara to those looking for a holistic approach in treatment from someone who is incredibly patient and kind!“

“Aerial yoga was awesome. Today was my first try. I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't be able to do, but the instructor was wonderful and spotted me. There were only 3 of us which was very good. I wish they had it again this week so I could go again. Worth checking it out. My shoulder and upper body is very tight and this really opened me up.“

“Sarah knows exactly how to stretch you when massaging to help with nagging pain. I went in with a knee issue and about an hour later, it had all but vanished. She gave me some tips as to how to keep certain muscles stretched to hopefully keep the pain at bay. Wonderful massage and I will keep going back.“

“I have been a member for close to 20 years. It is about time I write a review about the Outstanding Service I have consistently received in this time period. I found the Staff, lifeguards, Alex, very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Customer care oriented. Atlantis was first to open safely after covid. Very clean weight room and pool area. Great Service and Great Price. Looking forward to another 20“

“I give this gym an A+. I got a one month membership for my two week vacation and I loved coming here to workout. It is well equipped, spacious, kept at a comfortable temperature and clean. The best things were the staff were always friendly and the patrons were all there to workout! Even though I was there for a short time I felt part of a community of serious folks (of all ages and abilities—I’m 59) all truly focused on training. Yes, the younger kids like to gaze at their phones between sets, but in my 6 or 7 visits over weeks I didn’t have to sigh to myself even once because of clowns taking selfies or ego lifters slamming weights on eccentrics they couldn’t control. I felt totally at home doing my thing and confident that I wouldn’t be distracted by nonsense that often occurs in commercial gyms. I used barbells, dumbbells, weight machines, pull-up and dip setups and the peleton—I only had to wait for a piece of equipment or adjust my workout once. The two downsides were it was a little pricey for a one month membership (not sure how the other reviewer got a $90 deal) and I found it a little dark, particularly in the room with the turf and multiple squat racks. I I’ll use them again in the future and recommend to others.“
