I have been going to ROOTS for over 3 years now. I love walking in and not smelling the strong harmful odor of all the chemicals of a typical salon! Jenny has given me a self styling haircut that is no fuss and my hair has benefited from the natural products. My hair is softer and not as dry. Jenny is a professional and knowledgeable. Lenny the owner has been in the business for years and is passionate about his work! It is worth the little extra money due to the benefits and it lasts longer so I dont have to get my color as often so it balances out. I strongly recommend ROOTS!

I did not hesitate to contact Chapman after the exceptional experience when my brother died 13 years ago. They continue to be professional and efficient at a time when families are vulnerable.
A raccoon had babies in our attic vent (full of blown in insulation with no human access). Kyle and Bob got her out in 3 days.Day 1 - They set a trap at the end of the vent.Day 2 - She wasn't in there yet. Kyle wasn't able to make it back to check on the trap.Day 3 - The raccoon wasn't in the trap in the morning. Kyle came by and said she hadn't disturbed the trap, but we'll wait. Later in the afternoon, the raccoon was in the trap with one of her babies. They came back in a few hours, got her down, cut 2 small holes in the ceiling exactly where the babies were, and pulled out 3 more kits (4-6 weeks old). They set up a temporary shelter until the mother could relocate her family. The next day, she was gone and they took the shelter away.Really happy with how this played out. Perry Le Pews was recommended by 2 conservation organizations in the area for their humane wildlife removal.Luckily, they only had to cut into a closet. I emptied the area for them. They put plastic down so it wasn't as messy as I expected, but I still had to clean a little afterwards. Also, they boarded the holes up, but it wasn't a smoothed-over seamless repair. It would have been nice, but not expected. Their expertise is removing wildlife and that's what they did. (They also put heavy-duty grates over our vents to prevent future housemates from moving in). Good people. Will call again but hopefully won't need to!
The plumbers and assistants that work at Spencer Hallet plumbing are friendly and professional. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the receptionists as well! All of the info/requests I’ve had clearly get passed right to the tradespeople; who make a point to be transparent and communicate what it is they’re doing. Hiring any tradesperson isn’t cheap, but every interaction I have with this company makes me feel like I’m getting great service for the price.

Came in today as a walk in for a full acrylic set. Was extremely satisfied with my experience. My nails look great, and it took the guy around 30 minutes to do everything. In the past at other salons it would take around or over an hour just for a fill. Just wish my cuticles were done a little more but I know some states they’re not allowed to really touch them (not sure about MA) Now to see how long they last!
We had our tile and grout cleaned in our kitchen and bathrooms.the floors came out great and looks Brand New again.they were Very flexible with the Days and times they could come.thank you with helping me keep the house clean.i would highly recommend them to anyone
