“After shattering my ankle and undergoing surgery at the beginning of May, I began working with Rose on July 2nd, for the next 16-weeks. Rose was fantastic to work with and provided a well organized, detailed approach, to ensure I met and exceeded my goals on a weekly basis. Each session, Rose was consistently on-time, would come well-prepared with new exercises, and provided an at-home plan to get me back on my feet to still enjoy getting out on the boat and being active with my two kids for the remainder of the summer.
