I will update this review when Perfection Fence actually provides the product they promise. I had Perfection Fence come to my new house in late April, ordered a replacement post and mailbox that has been broker by the previous owner. The initial quote was thousands of dollars in service and parts, which I scaled back to simply two pieces. After pre-paying for my parts, and following up over half a dozen times, still nothing. At no time PRIOR to paying, was a six-month+ timeline communicated. No timeline, no parts, horrible one way service. Writing this review likely only slows down the non-existent service I've received already, but go someplace else. These guys will promise the world in person and disappear as soon as they have payment.

Maybe after one month of not hearing from this company, I would have attributed the delay to COVID-19. But it has now been 3 months of excuses and delays. I have been nothing but understanding. But it's just not an acceptable business practice to mistreat loyal customers! I live on a big street and am thinking of posting a huge sign on my fence that says "Perfection Fence". Maybe that would get their attention. Or maybe calling 7 on my side. I've already paid the company for the repair--it wasn't a lot and I thought I was helping them out to save them some time--. Now they're nowhere to be found. They didn't even say we'll get back with you the last time I called. Now the assistant answering phones says we'll have your sales representative call you. I really feel sorry for everyone who works at this company, including Erin D., my sales rep, because it seems like they're all getting mistreated.

The outdoor shower enclosure is now seven years installed and still looks great and earns compliments. Great response to possible modifications. Marie and the team are very customer-focused.
