I have been seen twice here, and I just can't say it enough - they are wonderful ! I am terrified of the dentist, but at the first visit everyone was so gentle, so empathetic, explained everything and just made me feel so welcome ! The second visit was to start the treatment plan. I haven't been near a drill in a long time, and have had some really bad experiences before. But I felt so comfortable with their office I got myself in there. Debbie was so kind and made me feel comfortable, just like Santa did at my first visit. Everyone there is great ! Welcoming, helpful, calming. Santa took my X-rays, she is an expert so it was done quickly and painlessly. I was very nervous but she went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. The doctor is so nice, and although I knew that I would need a lot of work, she presented me with a plan that seemed so easy. When I left I felt so confident that my teeth actually could be fixed ! She also explained how we could best use my dental benefits, and with the financial stress on people these days that was really appreciated. I've never been to this place but every one talks good things about assistants Debbie and Santa and amazing things about Dr. Pronczuk. So I'm going to switch dentist period
