I attempted to start home service with WM at the start of June with the drop off date for the trash and recycling bings set for the week of July 10th. A week before the bins were scheduled to be dropped off i received an email saying the delivery was delayed until July 19th.Today on July 18th i received another email saying the delivery was delayed yet again this time till Aug 2nd, 3 weeks later than originally scheduled.I talked to an agent online and was told to put my trash out on the curb in bags and that i would need to supply my own container marked Recyling for recyling to be picked up. Quality service at a reasonable price for curbside Trash and Recycling. Good online tools. 2 missed pickups in the past 2 years is a very strong track-record based on what I hear from my neighbors.Services: Waste recycling
Very reliable, and good communications on the rare occasion (twice in three years) when a pickup was missed, or there was a problem with the electronic billing.Services: Waste recycling
