I visited the room for the first time recently! I moved to Marlbrough a few months ago but honestly ive been looking for a new stylist for years. Liv met me at the door and welcomed me in. We discussed what I was looking to do and she was able to bring me from bright blonde highlights back to natural brown in one process. She also gave me a great haircut with layers as my hair is very thick. Liv was sociable and warm and the salon was clean and bright. Liv doesn't work with an assistant and doesn't double book herself. Looking forward to many more visits to the room!
I brought the wrong bleach kit box. A reason issue, that I overlapped bleach at home that was 36 volumes that causes breakage if I used the wrong level of developer. It's supposed to be 10 volumes for bleaching my hair then after 3 days later to dye the SEMI-PERMANENT Lunar Tide color. My hair was totally damaged. Yesterday, I drive to the Room - A Beauty Lounge salon in Marlborough, Mass about 25 - 30 mins. The hairdresser was cutting/shaving a whole of my hair. Was in town for my brother's wedding, and until the week before the event I totally forgot that I would need makeup and a haircut!! (I don't usually do any of these things often, if at all :P) Sent them a message via their website form and was surprised how responsive they were!
