I live 2+ hours away from Acton, but I was driving through on my way to the Boston airport for a 4-month Europe trip. The day before flying, amidst all the travel chaos, my FAVORITE vintage suede coat ripped. I desperately called tailors on the route to Boston, searching for someone who (on no notice) would be willing and able to repair the jacket in less than 24 hours. When I finally found Kim, she happily agreed to take on the job, and even stayed late in the store waiting for me to reach Acton.
