Elaine is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling a home. I worked with Elaine on the sale of my home as well as buying an other property. Elaine made a very stressful situation a little bit easier. She and her team took care of everything, I mean everything, and no matter how many questions I had they were there with an answer or they would find one. Elaine was patient and listened to my concerns.
I recommend Elaine very highly.
Elaine and Doug helped me in so many ways. They took on the burden of lots of big and small details that would have been difficult for me to accomplish. Elaine and Doug took a difficult task of selling, after my husbands death, and made it a pleasant experience. They took care of so many details that needed to get done, but I was unavailable to do them myself. They just took the time and made it all happen, or they just did them because they are just so kind and truly exceptional people! Elaine is so experienced in dealing with a sellers emotions. Sale went very smoothly. The fact that S Elaine McDonald could turnkey repairs/clean out/staging with me being remote was a definite plus. Agent, support staff, attorney were all very responsive and professional.
