When we bought our new house we knew that we were eventually going to have to address the damage to the 90s chic hardwood floors, but had all intentions of waiting. When we called Bruce it was to talk to him about replacing a stinky pet stained carpet with LVP. Bruce convinced us that LVP would be a mistake and that hardwoods were the only way to go to match the rest of the downstairs. He was 100% right!! Bruce is awesome. He and his team did an amazing job at our home in Rhode Island.
The level of communication about the job and what to expect throughout the process was excellent. Their attention to detail and professionalism are also excellent. Even after the job is done, they will come back to help you with any touchups or answer any questions. They have helped us in more than one home that we’ve had over the years.
