We were told by a plumber that our line was full of roots and needed to be torn out and replaced at a cost of almost 10 grand. We have a special needs son and we were desperate for help. We were about to pay it when I passed by a Wind River van on the highway. We contacted them and they were here in less than a day. Our service rep Jim Flammia awesome! Very professional, reassuring and honest. He explained to my husband and I every step of the way what he was doing and how long it would take. He had specialized equipment with him and was able to locate a long buried trap in our yard, completely blocked. He cleared it out and restored our service. I lived in that house for 10 years and didn’t even know it was there! Jim went above and beyond diagnosing and fixing my very old and complicated system and saved us thousands!
