I have been going to Pinnacle Fitness for almost 7 years. Joining this gym was the best decision. The coaches are friendly, knowledgable and support their clients using a holistic approach. They make an exercise program that is tailored to me/ my goals, offer cardio programming, nutrition guidance as well as 1:1 coaching calls to discuss progress and goals. The coaches truly take care of it all. Work out sessions are semi-private and the space is always clean. I look forward to my sessions every week. I highly recommend Pinnacle Fitness.

Joining Pinnacle Fitness was one of the best decisions I have made in the last three years. I have been lifting weights and working out since I was 14, but over the years I had gotten into a rut and found myself "mailing it in". Pinnacle Fitness developed a personalized workout program for me based on my age, ability and my goals. As a result I am stronger and more fit than I have been since my 20's.
