I had a date scheduled for a floor cleaning. I kept having to call back to try and schedule a time, the receptionist kept saying “I’ll call you with a time later”, this went on for weeks. I spoke to the office manager today, they canceled the service completely because they decided they couldn’t complete the job when my business was open. They knew the time I was requesting from the beginning of the inquiry. Very unprofessional and a lot of miscommunication. Not a company I would recommend.
Excellent Service and very professional people. The owner monitors the job being done himself to ensure quality. Two thumbs up!
