I had a date scheduled for a floor cleaning. I kept having to call back to try and schedule a time, the receptionist kept saying “I’ll call you with a time later”, this went on for weeks. I spoke to the office manager today, they canceled the service completely because they decided they couldn’t complete the job when my business was open. They knew the time I was requesting from the beginning of the inquiry. Very unprofessional and a lot of miscommunication. Not a company I would recommend.

They manage well and a good business! High quality! They show up on time and have even been able to rearrange their schedule to meet the needs of our sometimes unpredictable dental office schedule. The extra services that they offer are also very helpful. The crew cleaned our windows inside and outside and we were shocked at how awesome they turned out. Metrowest Cleaning Systems is trustworthy, reliable, and excellent at what they do. I highly recommend them!
