From greeting to receiving my final invoice the service was Fantastic ! Walked in needing brake service as it was mid day on a Saturday and the customer service team was more then happy to assist . Upfront on the assessment and service needed . Highly recommended coming here no pressure sales and customer service that is not stressful.
I had exhaust problems, I made an appointment through my phone. They told me that the problem was a coupling and they would replace it. It turned out to be a whole lot more and cost me $598.
Going above and beyond is an understatement for what these guys did for me. I was in a really rough spot, had a bad flat tire and busted rim traveling from Connecticut back home to Maine, was up all night dealing with the issue in a middle of a blizzard waiting for somewhere to open up. These guys not only referred me to a good tow, but saw me right when I brought my car in despite everywhere else in the area saying I’d have to wait till Tuesday.
