I have had numerous problems with my kitchen cabinet renovation project with Kitchen Magic. I've had several delays (2 months) due to receiving the wrong size doors due to the bad measurements and was shipped the wrong style (cabinet door) glass.If you are an existing customer, good luck trying to reach the warranty department or any live body when calling. I always have to select #2 for new customer inquiries to reach a representative. The warranty department has only responded to me by email.I have had multiple issues with the quality of the laminate and cabinet doors. You get a limited one year warranty on labor, after that customers are charged a $300.00 labor fee...read full review

Please be aware and read your contract very carefully. The kitchen was done in December 2021 and we already have issues-the laminate is bubbling and peeling off. They charge $300 an hour for labor that’s not covered by the warranty- only material is. This leaves you with the only option to re-install yourself, unless you are willing to pay up.Service: Kitchen cabinet refinishing

So back in 2014 I get a consultation for a new kitchen and the sales pitch is " we use only the finest products and there's a lifetime warranty..Well that's not the case, I felt I was scammed, not only do the cabinets need resurfacing and the peeling you have to deal with, now They tell me I have to pay 300.00 for the updating of the defected cabinets, after we payed them over 22,000 for our new kitchen. That doesn't sound like a lifetime warranty to me!
