We had our newborn pictures done today with Jaisen and it was wonderful! Jaisen was so patient with our baby boy for he needed to eat and poop lol the pictures came out better than I could've ever imagined. Jaisen captured the moments perfectly. He was very professional and kind. Would recommend to anyone! We will definitely be going back.

The staff here is amazing! We got our photos taken tonight with our two cats for Christmas cards. Dan was the absolute BEST! Not only was he friendly and charismatic, but he listened intently to what our vision for our pictures were and had so many wonderful creative ideas and poses. The photos came out better than we could have hoped. He was genuinely fantastic and really made our night. We were expecting the experience to be stressful and more so a means to an end to be able to send out christmas photos, but Dan was able to somehow make the experience really memorable and fun! Emily, was extremely bubbly & sweet , very attentive & super friendly ! I would highly recommend getting your pictures taken here at JCPenny portrait , at the Solomon Pond mall in Marlboro Ma. I've had my Senior class pictures taken here ,almost 5 years ago , here @ JCPenny, they had a different photographer & staff at the time. No complaints , at all , my family is trying to figure- out & plan a ( Family Portrait to be taken of the whole family) ,(" just causal wear"), we'd love for Emily , to be our photographer ? ? for that event, if possible! She took ,many wonderful pictures ? of me ,in different Poses, etc, very knowledgeable, professional grade pictures....read full review
