“I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a dry cleaner but this place is so far and above other cleaners that I feel I have to. The service is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and patient to answer my questions. The best thing about them is they have a drive through. They quickly come out to your car will get your laundry from the back seat you don’t have to get out of the car which is great when I have a baby asleep in her car seat. Again nicest staff! Plus they always bring my pupper a couple dog treats and some head scratches. If we ever move I think I would still drive out of my way to come to this cleaners. I trust them and they are seriously exceptional.“

“I stopped by Anton's on Water St 5 minutes before closing on 10/3 to see if they could clean a pair of pants and a shirt by noon the next day. I'm sure they weren't excited to see a car pull up so close to closing but they provided amazing service with a smile and the clothes were ready by 940AM the next day! “Kim at Q Cleaners does an outstanding job tailoring clothes. I have taken my clothes to her for years, and I am always amazed at what a great job she has done for me. She has done everything from shorten pant hems and jacket sleeves to doing major modifications to a formal full length gown. She is very busy because she is so good at what she does, but she sticks to the timeframe that she gives you. That being said, don’t leave your alterations to the last minute!“

“Oh no! I forgot to pickup my dry cleaning, they are closed today and I fly out tomorrow!! This was the situation in our house. It created an even more stressful situation given the entire airline troubles with the Crowdstrike outage. I sent a note using Messenger. I didn't expect they would be willing to come to the store and help me, but I am a big believer in if you don't ask, you don't get. Not only did they respond within two minutes, they were more than happy to drop by the store and remove a layer of stress. “I have lived in the Acton-Boxborough area for almost 10 years and stumbled into Village Cleaners after a desperate search for local dry cleaner a couple weeks ago. I had a stain on my blazer that I mentioned to Eric. He called me after the blazer came back indicating that the stain was mostly removed but would like to try to soak it and remove the stain again. Most other cleaners would not offer this, so I am very happy that I found a dry cleaner that is considerate and cares for their client's clothing as much as Village Cleaner.“
