“To add to my positive experience at Marlborough Dental Studio first written for Dr. Newton, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the expertise and dedication to her craft to Shayna, who specializes in Laser Gum Treatment and Dental cleaning and health. She has changed the course of my dental health and possibly physical health by providing me of the dire situation of the state of my gums and teeth which was not provided to me by my former Dentist's office associates. Shayna provided me with Laser treatment and home care guidance to ensure that my teeth and gums to help my gums revive and resolve some of the many issues I had related to my situation. I followed the home care instructions and my next visits for check-ups were remarkable thanks to her. Kathy the office manager, is another outstanding part of the Marlborough Dental Studio. She is kind and professional and knows the insurance system thoroughly. She took the time to explain dental costs and thoroughly explained how to get the most from my benefits plan. She even agreed to a 3-way call with my insurance company to ensure that I was getting the most out of my benefits and spoke to them on my behalf!!! Seriously, she was amazing!!!! Dr. Newton (Dentist), Shayna, and Kathy are the real deal, and you will be in the best of care with these three exceptional women.“

“Had a great dentist in my old town and super relieved to have found something similar. Cracked one of my fillings in my back molar and found this place through my insurance. Very professional, they took x-rays, identified the problem, and gave me quote before starting the procedure. The filling was quick and was done 20-30mins. “I love this dental office. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I had to get a mouth guard adjusted and they did it even though they could have made me a new one and charged me for it. They care about your wellbeing and not just about making money. I would highly recommend this office!“

“Update: because of the extreme measures I took regarding this dental office they have reached out and rescheduled Aiden's appointment for the end of May instead of pushing it all the way to August. Don't get me wrong, they may be rectifying the appointment but if I knew then what I know now about this dental practice I would never have put my son in braces here. They definitely take way too many clients to fit in for treatment in one day. If you're going to do orthodontic work you should have an orthodontist 5 days a week at least. We will see how the appointments go moving forward. The woman I spoke to was the first person that I have met at this practice that has any sense at all. She was even smart enough to book a longer appointment and book multiple appointments ahead of time. Unfortunately, she doesn't work at the front desk and the front desk doesn't tell you how to contact her. You have to figure it out on your own. This dental Toffice is an absolute nightmare! It’s the worst place I’ve ever dealt with! My poor son is stuck with braces here, and guess what? MassHealth cluelessly paid them in full before we even got care. Now they have the audacity to make him wait 8 months for an appointment, only to cancel it after we waste 45 minutes in their waiting room! And then we wait another four or five months?! The owner is completely incompetent and has zero accountability for this mess! He won’t even return phone calls to fix his ridiculous failure to run a business! The staff? Uneducated, rude, unprofessional, and utterly useless! They don’t answer their phone, they don’t return calls, and they don’t provide care during appointments! I can’t even count how many times I’ve waited over 30 minutes only to be told our appointment is canceled! I’ve reported them to MassHealth, the Department of Health and Human Services, and I’m going straight to the Board of Health for their filthy office! I’d do anything to turn back time and choose any other provider for my son’s braces. Mark my words—if you go to this practice, you’ll be stuck with braces for 5 to 7 years. They might squeeze you in three times a year if you’re lucky! Plus, my son has a jaw deformity that causes brackets to break ALL the time, and they KNOW this but don’t even bother to add time to his appointments! This is discrimination, plain and simple! If you’re not accommodating a physical disability, you’re discriminating! I strongly advise against entering this practice—stay away at all costs!“
