If I could, I'd give them zero stars. This is the worst driving school ever! The customer service is atrocious. It took over a year just to schedule on-road appointments! My daughter had to wait months and months to finally get her on-road driving time. The scheduling department is a complete disaster. They are also very expensive. We live in Westborough and wish there was a closer school. I do not recommend this driving school at all!

The communication between the school and students/parents needs significant improvement. I signed my daughter up 8 months ago, and although she completed her class training promptly, we were informed she couldn't start her observations or driving sessions until a parent completed an online class. Unfortunately, the school couldn't provide this class for 2 months. After finally completing it, we faced another 7-month wait for her driving classes. This delay has disrupted my daughter's plans to get her license when she becomes eligible. Until the school learns to manage demand better, I strongly advise parents to communicate frequently and plan well in advance... read full review
