Charlie and team arrived on time. They assessed the situation, (leaking water heater) and communicated proper expectations. Charlie and the team were able to resolve what appeared to be a complex issue. A dishwasher needed to be moved in order to access the water heater. Charlie and the team were able to remove the water heater and replace with a brand new one. They then put the dishwasher back in place. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly as I work from home. Charlie and team went the extra mile to ensure the work area was cleaner than when they arrived. A million stars to Bob Dolan! Had a very difficult job or removing a very old underground house trap! They did an amazing job, not only finding it but removing and and correcting the plumbing. This came only a couple of days after they replaced my water heater. True professionals and unbeatable quality! Would hire again in an instant and recommend to all.
Bob is great! He came and inspected our water heater which had corrosion forming on the top. It was 8 years old and needed to be replaced. He came back the next day and installed a new water heater.
