“Was in town for my brother's wedding, and until the week before the event I totally forgot that I would need makeup and a haircut!! (I don't usually do any of these things often, if at all :P) Sent them a message via their website form and was surprised how responsive they were! I wanted to make sure they had time that Saturday morning before the wedding since I was coming from out of town, shared with them what I thought I needed and asked them if I needed more, sent them a photo of the mess I am in so they knew what to expect.... not only were they responsive (kind and professional) before the event (I needed help with what to select on their website for the appointment), but the day of when I met Nina in person, she was very patient, listened to my concerns, gave great suggestions, and did a beautiful job! Well, when I saw her I already felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands (because she is very lovely).

I wished The Room and Nina was closer to me and that I could visit often, because I'm not really too much of a girly-girl. Never did I feel any pressure, or any hesitation that I'd look ridiculous. Definitely would claim them as my home base for looking presentable if they were local to me!“

He was able to fit me in so last minute when my other salon canceled my appointment without notifying me until the day of, I have had gone to Dellaria before in the past and loved my experience but it had been years since I’ve gone back in! “Brought my child in for a haircut a few months ago. The stylist did a great job making a layered bob short haircut and listened to me about what I needed (I needed an angle on hair at sides of face due to my young child chewing their long piece of hair if it fell into their mouth.) I went in when they had a promotional price for the haircuts for kids, but their regular price is also reasonable. Actually cheaper than a non mall chain I visited another time. They have an online booking system which is easy to use. I recommend trying JCP for price and convenience of booking and the hair stylist working evening week days. I forgot her name but she was great. Very patient with my fidgety child.“
