Here we go again. These people just keep on surprising me. This is my second review. I have an earlier post based upon the installation of this unit. So let us countinue with the review. Not only do they answer phone calls with an actual person, who by the way is quite pleasant, during business hours but they return phone calls promptly. It is a family affair that appreciates your business and not only do they talk that way but walk it out. This time they came by the house not only to do an annual service on the combi-boiler that they installed but I also wanted them to check my thermostats. With their initial vist they realized and identified that they needed additional parts. In that first visit they checked the thermostats and all was well. but they didn't charge me for the initial visit because of not completing the tuneup of the boiler. In fact with the second visit they retrofitted everything so that with future visits the servicing of the boiler would go smoothly. I was only charged for the second visit, and even though they retrofitted the boiler for future servicing the only charged me for the service and not for the retrofitted parts. Integrity! Integrity is very important to me. They didn't nickle and dime me to death the way that many would do so today. Integrity, service, prompt and pleasant communication, and a commitment to their customers. Really why would I go with anyone else? Oh, by the way their pricing is quite competitive.
