He kept us informed of their schedule and coordinated his work with our availability. He and his team were professional and courteous, taking care to cover all the furniture, plants, and flooring while painting. They carefully removed artwork from the walls, the blinds, and the shades. After completing the painting, he replaced them. He was also able to accommodate our request for some additional "handyman" type of work. We were impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, quality work, and pricing. “This company did an outstanding job on my house. I had Geoff build my 3 season room and he did an excellent job. He is the most straight forward honest contractor I have ever dealt with. I wish I could figure out how to put pictures with this review.I just read a review about him not returning a call. I have to say when you do the quality of work he does and his phone is ringing continuously I can see why he might miss a call or two.I gave this company 5 stars because the quality of the work exceeded my expectations and a straight forward honest contractor like Geoff is impossible to find these days.I will add that I do not know Geoff other than from him doing this work on my house. “South Coast Remodelers owner Matt, is very professional and talented. He's done multiple projects at my home, he and his crew replaced my roof, siding, trim, windows, and he built three new decks. The decks are constructed out of composite decking boards and beautifully hand crafted azek columns. These new decks have totally transformed our families outdoor entertaining abilities. Matt was very responsive throughout the entire process for all of these projects, from the initial estimate to the completion and clean-up phase. “Speaking from my personal experience, dealing with Mike Kenny to build a home that I love and knowing several home owners who hired Mike as well, I'd say that the overwhelming response, is that Mike builds a high-quality home and uses high-quality materials. He designs the site, preserving trees and the natural environment around the structure and with this talent for design, he creates beautiful and unique homes and developments. Homes that are so unique and quality-oriented that when I passed by one while looking for his work through Concord, West Newbury, Falmouth, Marion, Rockport and Boxford, I know he designed and built it. Mike is very critical of his work and I witnessed him direct his construction crew to remove and rebuild a large dormer that he saw was not in the correct position, it was 8 inches to one side. I questioned his decision, but after looking at the rebuilt dormer I understood. I have to say that he is an exception to the build it fast, cheap and never look back.“
