I have been going to The Yoga Loft for close to 20 years, and for the past few years, I've practiced there daily. I've taken classes with every teacher and each one is unique in their approach, there's truly something for everyone. One thing I love is that instructors always provide guidance and options to support all levels. Whether it's your first class or your 1,000th you'll find a friendly and welcoming environment and as much of a challenge as you want.

The knowledgeable, very experienced yet caring instructors and staff make every effort to allow any yoga practice at The Loft unlike most other studios. This dedication is the essential ingredient.
