Simply put, Stephen can't be cloned! I'm a pretty good nerd but had a networking problem that Dell and Microsoft not only couldn't fix; they didn't even understand it. I was about to send back a $4K custom built workstation. Digital Docs was in my back pocket (Microsoft wanted $500 just to talk with me). It's a very arcane problem but the Digital Docs made it work. It saved the day and I'm the one others call for support. I can't recommend him more highly. Seriously folks, 40 years in the business and I've met no better. Got a tough problem? Call the Doc.
