I never had the pleasure to use this hair salon. I contacted the owner on 8/21/24 and asked for a haircut. I didn’t like the way he was talking to me. He sounded condescending and he was pushing me to get coloring and blow dry, too.
He called me later that day and said I have an appointment for the next day and again seemed pushy about color and blow dry. He then asked me for my credit card information and I said “no”. He hanged up and I was about to do the same anyway. Why would I give my credit card info to someone I’ve never met, and that I don’t even have a good impression of based on the two times I’ve talked with him on the phone?!

The salon owner took my appointment by phone for a full foil after I told him my car just broke down so I’d have to take an uber there, then upon arriving told me he wouldn’t do the service requested because my hair “couldn’t handle it” and that I “ might try to sue him if my hair fell out”. I left and went to Evolve and had the same service done and..low and behold..my hair stayed in my head! This was years ago btw. That just goes to show you how insinuating that someone might be of the decrepit moral character to sue someone just because they want the service they traveled in for makes a LASTING impact. Do not waste your time or money at this salon. Wife stopped by for a hair color and cut. They were very rude and disrespectful. Cut her hair too short, did not blow dry her hair either at $175.00
