Ed came out several times to help me figure out the design of the pool deck, and he had great insight on why we should/shouldn’t move forward with some of the ideas we had. Crew is super professional and does really, really great work; Ed was responsive and accessible throughout the entire project. And where they really, really impressed me, was when there was an issue with the product that I chose. It was an imperfect stone, there were issues with the manufacturing - not with their installation - and they would not rest until it was rectified. He never asked for a final payment before it was resolved. He even had the supplier come out to the job site to review the product challenges. They handled it better than most contractors would have, and I would absolutely use them again in a second. We could not be happier with the end result!“
