very easy to book. had called another salon in town and they never called me back (which I have no regrets about). I messaged jacks asking if they did long hair for females which they do! booking was super easy and I loved the reminders sent to me and the automatic calendar add which made it so much easier to remember. I had Kristine cut my hair, she did an outstanding job. I have a hard time finding a good place to go that will cut my hair. I am definitely coming back for my haircuts! thank you
