As for the comment about the place being small and dirty, it’s not dirty it’s an older building, pretty nostalgic really. The doctors that I see there are amazing and That’s what a push person should be reviewing.
I’m surprised by the number of bad reviews, as I have been a patient here for 8 years and I love the doctors at this office! I’ve seen many of the doctors at this practice throughout the years, and they have all been fantastic, caring, and really listen to me. Sure, health insurance in our country is completely broken and has led to some frustrations, but the staff at this office has always been responsive and very helpful to help me navigate the nonsense. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough!
I am happy with my PCP and medical staff. The billing department is poorly managed.. I received a bill for lab work that needed to be rebilled and I made calls from January through June to get it resolved.. sat on hold endlessly and when I finally reached a person I was told the charge was being reviewed and that someone would call me back .. made over a dozen calls and never once received a call back. During this time I received notices that I would be sent to collections if I didn’t pay the bill. I finally took things into my own hands by doing the legwork the billing department wasn’t willing to do and the claim was paid. Honestly if I didn’t like my PCP so much...read full review
