Don Nally and his team do good work and stand by it (we had a double combination boiler install). Would have preferred a bit better communication/scheduling during the job but it was worth it in the end. Also, separately had a very fast turn-around for a smaller task (disposal replacement). Would work with them again.

I called them several times before I could get a call back. When I finally got a call, I asked for an estimate on a job, gave my address etc and what I wanted an estimate on. The worker showed up at my house, after calling me to ask what my address was (because the office had given him a completely wrong address). He called me back once he got there about doing the job right then and there, and I told him I had only asked for an estimate. He said he wasn't told that so apparently the info doesn't flow so well from the office to the workers. It's been several weeks and I have not heard a word back from them since. Doesn't matter....... I called someone else and they came pretty quickly, gave me an estimate and got the job done! If you want someone who will pay attention to what you are asking then these are not the guys.
