Welcoming Staff that is very resourceful and knowledgable. Always a great stop by when picking up supplies and discussing materials needed for jobs. The staff has very quick response time and always exceeds expectations in assisting the customer. Thank you for your business!!

I had a custom order delivered by them and we had made a mistake on the order. I called them over 15 times in 1 day to try to figure out if we made the mistake, or they made the mistake. We had made the mistake but each and every time I called I was treated with the best costumer service and they were going out of their way to make sure that everything was done correctly and that the mistake was not on their end. One gentleman in particular, Peter, was extremely patient, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to make my unpleasant mistake as pleasant as possible.

I've only done 1 purchase w/ HW so far, but it went great (windows). I'm not a GC, but a DIY/home renovator. I normally am met with scepticism & the cold-shoulder by other contractor-supply houses. HW didn't seem to mind, and extended courtesy & answered my questions. Their facility is orderly, and their line card suggests they can supply me w/ the Kleer cellular-PVC I need next. Their delivery of windows was terrific: timely, affordable, pleasant.
