We woke up on a very cold day to find our heat was still operating, but seemed to be struggling to keep up. When we called Evolved Mechanical, we made sure to tell them that we did have heat, and they should definitely tend to more pressing emergencies first, but they were still out the same morning to troubleshoot our system and get it humming along happily again. New home owner. Used our heat for the first time yesterday and the furnace kept running for a short time and then shutting off. Monica in the office was great. She had me text her photos of the unit, and given the temps outside had a tech here the same day. Matt McGowan came out and got right to work. It was great learning from him about how the system was setup. He made thoughtful recommendations, and after several troubleshooting methods, he found the flow issue and fixed it. These guys will be my new go to HVAC pros. Highly recommend.
The techs were very through. When they finished they called me down and showed and explained what they had done. They also cleaned up the area they worked around. Very polite and professional.
