“I go annually to this location. I am always treated with professionalism and dignity. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. They are always up to date with equipment which now includes 3D imaging. The exams are so much easier on my breasts and so much quicker than in previous years. I recommend this location whenever I have the opportunity. Parking is very convenient and its very easy to get to the office once inside the building. It's exceptional!“

“I've been a patient of Dr Holt's for over 15 years now. I dread the day she retires and have to find a new primary care doctor, although that shouldn't be anytime soon! I hear stories about primary care doctors that rush, are impersonal, and don't leave the patient feeling like they matter. Dr. Holt couldn't be more opposite. She remembers all the details of not only my medical history, but my personal life as well. She listens to my concerns and creates treatment plans to address them. Three of my friends have become patients and rave about her too. If you can get in to see her, do it.“

“I am writing as a volunteer at Sharewood Project! This is a student run clinic by Tufts Medical School Students and other Tufts affiliated students. We provide free healthcare services for people in the Boston area. We are dedicated to serve our community and provide services for the medically underserved. The services we provide include: - Primary Care Medicine - Confidential sexual health counseling and STD testing - Hepatitis B testing - Mental health screening and referrals - Annual flu shots - Vaccines - Health insurance information and case management services - Laboratory testing - Vision and optical service - Dental screenings - Nutritional screenings - Women's health services The clinic operates every Tuesday nights from 6:30-9:00pm rain or shine! “Unacceptable for a person who checks in for an appointment and waits to be seen for an hour, to get a phone call asking if they're coming in. Second time this happened. Response? Oh, sorry. Is it so difficult keeping track of three patients in the waiting room? Beyond furious since it definitely affects the patient' s mobility issues and causes unnecessary pain. The medical staff there are fantastic. No complaints about Drs or nurses.“

The key point is that the doctors spend time to get to know you and your health issues -- I never feel rushed or ignored. The staff is attentive, professional and responsive. It's a great practice! “Boston was a stop on our recent cruise. As I needed to see a doctor for a minor issue , I went to the closest Urgent care. I was taken care of promptly by the receptionist Cathy, who was lovely and so helpful, and waited a short time to see the doctor, who was equally pleasant and accommodating . A prescription was called in to a nearby drug store and I made it back to the ship in plenty of time! Thanks to all!“
