I recently signed up for the roots every 6 weeks membership.
I really like the fact that it is a place that specializes in just hair coloring.
Also, it is super convenient for me because it is right down the street and the schedule has a lot of flexibility.
I do however wish they would do something about the sinks.
The area where you rest your neck while getting your color rinsed out moves and is very uncomfortable on my neck.
Everything else is great except for this, and it has been a problem from day one. Enough so that I am rethinking my membership:(

My blonde hair had gone very brassy, and I chose to go a little darker. I showed the stylist a photo I found online. The color ended up much darker than I expected, and the stylists offered to add highlights. In the end it was a big change, and it’s hard to get color to look just like a photo, but they really went all out and did a great job. My hair looks beautiful.
