“We worked with Andrew several times recently, having moved into a new home.The first time we needed Andrew was in more of an emergency capacity – we had an issue in our basement that needed very quick attention, and I had gotten his contact info from some recommendations on a social page. Andrew was very responsive, and able to get out to help us with the issue quickly. He stepped through everything that would be required, and provided us an estimate before starting the work. Important call out: even before Andrew came to the property, he was responding to calls and texts and providing us guidance without any commitment. We were so thankful for everything he did. He was professional and on point with his estimates and helped to quickly resolve the issue.From there, we hired Andrew to perform a good amount of work throughout our home, and he recently finished that project. His timelines and estimates were exact. He again walked us through all the changes first, seeking alignment before performing any work and also level set things ahead of time so there were no surprises. He has an extremely good work ethic; he is professional, courteous, kind and ON TIME! He is so conscious of each step and cleans as he goes, removing all debris. “I put in a call to Frank O'reilly and he returned my call later that day. I told him what I thought the problem was - faulty circuit breaker - and he asked me to text him some photos of the circuit breaker and the outlet it was for. He had me do a few other minor tasks as he tried to assess what the problem was. He said he would come out the next morning and he did. He was able to quickly assess what the real problem was - an old outlet box - and he was able to fix it in a short time. He was also a very friendly person and was enjoyable to talk with while he solved the problem. I am happy to now have a reliable electrician I can call when I have electrical problems that need a professional. I give Frank O'reilly my highest recommendation.“

“We had a great experience with Deao electric. They inspected for and replaced quite a bit of knob and tube wiring for us so that we could proceed with insulation through MassSave. They also did some extra work for us, including adding outlets and replacing some light fixtures. They had to work around tenants who were home throughout the entire project. They also had to get into other units unexpectedly and were respectful of people and apologetic. They were professional and patched everything up when they were done. It was especially pleasant and easy to communicate with both Lisa and Susan in the office. Thank you again!“

“I recommended 5 stars for Anderson Electric, Keith Anderson and his crew because there are only 5 stars. My rating of Anderson Electric Services is 1000% positive. As long as I own my home, I will never hire any other company. I first contacted Keith to rewire my first floor bathroom and install an exhaust fan. Keith returned my initial outreach call within an hour of my online email, came to look at the proposed work to be done and returned a detailed proposal within 24 hours of his visit. Pricing was entirely reasonable and competitive. I am really impressed by Keith's professionalism, realistic timeline for completing projects, and the speed, quality and honesty of his work. Recently my breaker panel malfunctioned causing the electrical circuits in my entire house to burn out (3 levels, 15 rooms, front and back porches) When I saw flames coming out of electric outlets, I panicked and called Keith hoping he wouldn't be on vacation. Keith came to my house within 10 minutes of my call, did a complete walkthrough and intervention to prevent additional fire outbreaks, came back to walkthrough what happened and what was needed to repair with my insurance adjuster, submitted his proposal again in 24 hours and was immediately approved to do the repairs on my claim because my adjuster was impressed by Keith's expertise and the detail of his well-written proposal. I would make suggestions that Keith would advise were not necessary; thus saving me money when he could have increased his budget. His integrity is amazing. His crew works with Keith's high standards of professionalism and experience. Keith is also highly regarded by the town inspection department, Anderson Electric is honestly the best anyone can hope to contract for electric services.“

For the first job, Matt installed the wiring for a Nest thermostat and turned our outside receptacles into GFCI certified ones. Price was very reasonable. Second job was installing a new ceiling light upstairs. He said the old wiring in the ceiling and the switches was something he had never seen in his 25 years of electrical work!
