133 Western Ave, Lynn“I contacted MAC about replacing the roof on our carriage house because they had been recommended for the work they had done on our Village Hall. Joel got right back to me and came to see the building. He had done some preliminary estimates and had a price for me. It turned out to be the low bid, so we went ahead with him. His workers (up to eight) came within a week. In a day and a half, they finished the job, including replacing some rotted wood. They were fast, very hard-working, and did an excellent job.“

Constantly communicated with us on the schedule on a day to day basis. Alex and crew did a great job keeping the house clean
daily. Their attention to every detail showed in the finished bathroom. It looks fantastic. I will use them on future projects.“

The team was on time, worked fast and very accurate, no single nail went out or left in the area after they completed the job, all was done before 3pm and looked like a new (which it was, surprisingly) :) absolutely great work, very smooth, quick, and highly professional. Can’t recommend them enough!“

“We had Sterling replace our 25 year old roof in March 2024. Denis was great. He is very personable and friendly. He explained all the options and answered any and all questions we had about the replacement.
His crew and crew chief Mike were outstanding. The dumpster came the morning of the job. They replaced the roof in a day. The dumpster was gone the next day. You would never know they were here. The roof came out great.
The cleanup was impeccable and the yard and driveway were spotless. We have yet to find a nail or or any remnant of the debris.
I would happily use Denis and his team again if we ever needed additional external work done to the house.“

875 Massachusetts Ave, Boston“We worked with Gerry to get an estimate on rebuilding our front porch. Gerry came to our house for an estimate and he walked through various approaches, options and materials for the project. Gerry then promptly shared detailed estimates for the project and promptly made adjustments and additions to the plan. Overall he was a great partner!
We've had a change in plans on our side but would definitely consider working with Gerry and his team again in the future.“

630 Fellsway, Medford“There are good deals to be had but be ready for quirks. They are very understaffed and inventory changes daily. IMO this is a great option for a 2nd fridge for your garage or basement but trickier for a main fridge.
Before you go:
1. Stabilize your temporary fridge situation. If yours died, borrow a mini fridge to buy you a week. Do yourself a favor and eliminate time pressure from this process.
2. measure your space thoroughly and look at the Lowe’s website for models that would fit and you’d be willing to buy. Maybe look at them at Lowe’s if you’re picky. The outlet ones won’t be fully assembled w drawers etc and staff won’t have lots of context. Know what Lowe’s is charging and what would be a good deal in your eyes.
3. Be prepared to go a few times and see what’s available. Some are dented or scratched but some are pristine and just didn’t fit in the buyer’s space. Staff can tell you when they’re getting a new delivery in.
4. Be prepared for curveballs. The first one I bought turned out not to work. Also the delivery crews are hit or miss in terms of customer service. Scrub your old fridge to pristine condition or they can reschedule if they deem it not clean enough.
5. Have a Plan B fridge you’d buy from a reliable seller in case you don’t find anything that works in a reasonable timeframe.
6. Delivery will give you a 4 hour window and only 10-40 mins lead time for when they are coming. If you miss them it’s a reschedule. Choose Saturday delivery if that will mess with your daily schedule.“

“Came home Friday from work to find a piece of aluminum swinging in the breeze from the roof exposing the wood roof line. The trim piece was hanging by a nail and then just fell. Paradise was the first person I contacted and stated he could be there the next day. He and his crew showed up in the morning the next day and within the hour my house was all set. I would highly recommend him. Personable, friendly as was his crew. Thank you for being there for the people with the small jobs! In time I will contact you for the deck that needs help! Thanks again!“
