Tried to get a rug and instead was there for 1.5 hours while Muhammad showed me random rugs and made up random prices. He was very rude and literally told me false information about the rugs... they had tags on them and what he said didn't match. I felt very unsafe and had trouble leaving because he would not let me speak.

Walter and his team did a great job with our area rugs. They hadn’t been cleaned in 4 years -when we got them back they looked as good as new. Very accommodating.
