Three stars, I don’t want to tank their reviews.
TLDR: no one was there for my scheduled appointment.
Bought a Groupon for a wax, called 4 times (twice one day, twice the next day), no answer. They sent a text to book.
Booked it for today at noon, showed up, told two women I was there for the wax. I knew something was weird. Waited 25 minutes (I was there 10 minutes early, figured they might be just running late). Then I asked who was there to do the wax. THEN, they told me the person who was going to do my wax wasn’t even there.
They told me they tried calling the waxer to come in.

First time here for a deep tissue w/Hot stones massage and had the best massage since I went to MT school! Keyla is a pro and knows what she is doing. Better than most popular places that just squeeze your back for less than an hour and don’t provide the whole technique into a routine. 10 stars if I could!

Keyla took me in regardless of the late time and seemed super nice about it! I was super nervous but she was so easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable! Defffffinitely recommend! She is located in a salon with other services which was helpful to know also!
